Terms of Service

1. The service
SHAZOVIA Wellness is a web app for planning daily routines, habits and self-care. It gives general wellness suggestions only. It is not medical advice, and you use it at your own risk. See the Health & wellness disclaimer.
2. Your account
You can use the free version without an account. If you create one, give a real email address, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are Yearly (USD $59.99 per year) and Lifetime (USD $99, one payment). Prices are shown before you pay. Our order process is run by our payment partner Paddle, who is the reseller and merchant of record for paid orders. Paddle collects payment, applicable sales taxes and sends your receipt.
4. Renewal and cancellation
The Yearly plan renews every year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We will not charge you again after you cancel.
5. Lifetime plan
“Lifetime” means access to the paid features for as long as SHAZOVIA Wellness is offered. It does not mean for the buyer's lifetime. If we ever close the service, we will give notice of at least 90 days.

7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
8. Your data
See our Privacy policy. You can export your data from Settings.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the service, and nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects paid plans we will tell you before it applies.
